Rakuten India November 2021 – February 2022


Technical Intern (Backend) — Java, Spring, AWS, Git Remote
• Worked on the ATSSA Platform that enables the user to build a codeless automation test using the ATSSA GUI.

• Developed the cloud storage support features for ATSSA Backend, which increased the memory utilisation by 20%. Also

created the Antivirus Scanner (Using ClamAV Client) on top of it.


• Created the Backend for Manual Test feature to execute the manual execution over the pre-written automation test.

Google Summer of Code May 2021 – August 2021


Student Developer at OpenMRS — Java, Spring, Junit, Docker, Git Remote
• Improved the SMART-on-FHIR plugin that extends OpenMRS to use an already existing SMART APP and uses the

OpenMRS database to visualise health data.


• Integrated the authentication flow with the keycloak to manage authorised user access and securely transfer data from

server to client. Our team worked on implementing the OAuth2 and FHIR functionality.
• Also Developed a new DEMO SMART APP for OpenMRS and dockerized all 3 modules for the OpenMRS Platform.

Projects
D-Track Backend | Java, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, MySQL September 2021
• Built a backend for the data collecting app which is designed to handle bulk requests, followed by the 6 different

microservices to support the additional features using Eureka Server.


• Used different external APIs; it has features like bulk request handling, exporting analytics data to Google Drive or CSV,

SMS support, Error Monitoring services, etc.

FHIR SMART | Javascript, HTML, OAuth2, HL7 FHIR July 2021


• Built an HL7 FHIR-based SMART web application. It is a client application to support the SMART APP Launch

framework with the FHIR standard for health care data exchange.
• Implemented the client-side OAuth2 token handling and data visualization.

Open Source Contribution


OpenMRS FHIR2 Module: Added the translation for Observation, Medication, Profile section. Increased the test
Coverage by 10%.
SMART-on-FHIR Module: Implemented the resource side OAuth2 handling, Added JWT Endpoint Servlet, EHR
launch, Keycloak configuration, etc.
OpenMRS SMART APP: Designed the DEMO SMART APP (Client) from Scratch.
