Chief of Staff
Purpose of the role
The Chief of Staff is responsible for providing strategic counsel to the CEO and senior management, and for planning and
directing/ coordinating all administrative, financial, and operational activities. S/he is the custodian of all review process
management and at EXCO level. Responsibility extends into ensuring execution of decisions taken in these forums across
functions on behalf of CEO. S/he gets all relevant information pertaining to the QBRs in advance and processes them and
takes clarifications from all stakeholders in advance of the review and briefs the CEO.

Responsibilities:
Management of key strategic initiatives in collaboration with the relevant functional stakeholders
Responsible for program management of key strategic and transformation initiatives or projects, which involves duties
on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Review Internal and External Communications: draft company newsletters, reports, pitch decks, speeches or
presentations for the GCEO
Within program management, organize and gather information from various departments and meetings and reports
that information, along with recommendations, to executive members
Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions
Assist the GCEO identify the areas where they must direct their focus and identify metrics for success. Revisiting
regularly and evaluating progress
Responsible for Office of GCEO team management: hire and directly manage others in the office of the CEO. This may
include executive assistants, special projects managers, speech writers, or others Key Performance Indicators
ROI from strategic and/or transformation projects undertaken by iSON BPO
Key Performance Adherence to budgets for strategic initiatives and transformation
Indicators Adherence to timelines for key projects/ initiatives
Zero deviation from the targets and timelines for key projects along with GCEO
Academic qualifications and experience required for the role

Master’s Degree in General Management preferably from IIM but not mandatory, can be
from any A Business school
Required Educational 5-7 years of experience in a global set-up in a BPO environment or working in a Consulting
Qualification & Relevant firm and responsible for project management.
