AE001-Cambridge OCT NOV 2022 Venue Notice

Candidates taking Cambridge Assessment International Education exams in Oct/Nov 2022 should report to the Sharjah Expo Centre. They must bring their original statement of entry and valid photo ID. Morning sessions begin at 8:30am and afternoon sessions at 12:30pm. Calculators are allowed but mobile phones and other electronic devices are prohibited. Results will be released in mid-January 2023 with certificates following two months later.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The Venue:
Please report to Sharjah Expo Centre.
For reference, please refer to the below link for location map -– OCT/NOV 2022.

If you are registered for the speaking exam the schedule will be shared via Email and SMS closer to the
speaking test date.

COMPULSORY ENTRY DOCUMENTS: Candidates are required to bring the following documents to the exam
venue for all their exams:
▪ Statement of Entry (ORIGINAL)
▪ Valid, Original passport or Emirates National Identity Card as registered online

NOTE: CANDIDATES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THE EXAMINATION HALL WITHOUT THE ABOVE-MENTIONED DOCUMENTS

▪ We strongly recommend that all candidates visit the venue ahead of the examination session in order
to be familiarised with the location, traffic and parking facilities to avoid any inconvenience on the day of
the exam.
▪ Parents, teachers, and siblings are NOT allowed in the examination hall.
▪ It is COMPULSORY for all candidates to reach the venue at least 30 minutes before the exam start time.
▪ Candidates will STRICTLY not be allowed to enter the examination hall after the KEY TIME. Key time for
the morning papers is 9:00 am and afternoon paper is 1:00 pm.

Calculators:
▪ Scientific calculators – ALLOWED unless stated otherwise on the question paper
▪ Operating instructions, prepared programs & programmable devices – NOT ALLOWED

Stationery:
▪ Please bring all the required stationery in a transparent plastic bag.
▪ Please use black ink or blue ink only. Do not use correction pens, correction tapes or highlighters
on the answer scripts
▪ Please use only HB pencils on MCQ answer scripts
Communication Devices:
▪ Mobile phones, watches and other electronic devices are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Results:
▪ Please note that the online results for this session will be released by Mid-January 2023. The original Statement of
Result will be ready for collection by the End of January 2023 and the Certificates will follow two months after the
Statement of Results.

▪ Please bring original, valid passport / EID to collect the results. Family and Guardians need the same
documents along with an authorisation letter from the candidate to collect on their behalf.
