1 Price: Ex-SRI Factory. Price stated herein is exclusive of any taxes imposed by the government and shall be charged separately (if applicable)
2 Terms: Cash/Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee
3 Validity: 14 days from date of this quotation, thereafter it shall be subjected to re-confirmation of prices
4 Delivery: Approximately 8-10 weeks after delivery date has been confirmed by Buyer. SRI will make every effort to complete delivery of the products and
services as indicated. Delivery is subject to SRI receiving accurate and complete information as required to define design, production schedule and
availability of material.
5 Cancellation: The customer agrees that upon the issuance of a Purchase Order, SRI may, in exercise of its sole and absolute discretion, charge the customer
25% of the total Purchase Order amount in the event that it is cancelled. The customer further agrees to may payment of such charge within14 days
of receipt of notification of such charge.
6 Additional remarks: It is Buyer's responsibility to check all SR200 products and ensure that contractor installs and commissions SR200 systems according to SRI's
design and approved hydraulic calculation. Pricing quoted for system and detection items are based on room dimensions provided and gas quantity
required and is subject to change based on final design. Pricing excludes manifold and installation works.
All sales are subject to SRI's General Terms and Conditions.
