Automated Blood system for City Hospital
Signature of Student:
Purpose
We're developing a blood-finding system for the neighborhood hospital. The automated blood
management system on the web-app helps to effectively manage a variety of blood bank operations. A
central repository housing various blood deposits and related data makes up the project. Blood type,
storage location, and storage date are some of these details. These details assist in safeguarding and
monitoring the blood deposits. Users can check the project's online system to see if the blood bank has
the necessary blood deposits for a particular group. New features of the system include patient names and
contacts, blood booking, and even the ability to post the need for a particular blood group online in orders
find donors in the event of a blood emergency.
Project Summary:
To prevent patients who need the blood from contracting any viruses or diseases, all of the blood
collected at blood donation events must be handled meticulously and systematically. A web-based system
called Blood Bank Management System can help with blood bag information during handling in the
blood bank. In the world of information technology, the entire world has become a global village, and end
users can obtain information with a single click while sitting at home. In fact, the government has begun
to transform the system. The management information system aids in the reduction of system paper. Now
the end user must enroll himself, and his job is complete. The management information system enables all
financial transactions. The researcher believes that developing a management information system for the
blood bank will result in revolutionary changes to the system. It is a small contribution made by the
researcher to benefit humanity.
Beneficiaries of blood bank management information system
1. Donors: people who want to donate blood voluntarily at a blood donation . The information
system also keeps track of donors who wish to register online.
2. Seekers: people who need blood from a blood bank for a variety of reasons such as accidents,
surgeries, childbirth, and so on.
3. It provides a unique identification number during the blood donation, which aids him in future
correspondence. For those donors who apply online, it provides a unique user id and password.
They can make changes to their information at any time. This feature assists administrators in
collecting data information on all donors by area and blood group
Features:
Blood Test Center :User will easy able to find location where he can donate blood
Online Registration/Login Users: who require blood can register online and search for suitable
donors there.
Donor registration: Additionally, donors can register in the system and post information about
their donations.
Blood requirement posting: Users who have already registered may post their need for blood.
Donated blood storage data and availability check: As soon as an update is made, the system
automatically stores the information.
Donor Finder: When a need arises, the system automatically locates the donor information.
Blood Finder: According to the user's needs, the system also determines the necessary blood
type.
