About This Resource
The activities in this resource are designed to give your students fun
practice using critical thinking skills. These are samples from different
critical thinking skill units in my store.

I Spy Word Search: Students will use magnifying glasses to find the
hidden words in the picture and make a list of the words. Students will
then locate the words in the word search.

Finish the Fishing Drawing: Students will read the directions and complete
the drawing.
Two versions are included for the picture:
• with written directions for students to read independently
• without written directions to be used as an auditory exercise

I Spy A Fishy Graph: Students will create a bar graph and answer
questions.

These activities can be used in centers, for early finishers, activities for
a sub, and more.
