2. Introduction:
HIFLOC VA1358 is an additive product specially developed by our company to solve the
problem of phosphoric acid decomposition. It is mainly an organic polymer produced by the
copolymerization of acrylamide and acrylic acid. When HIFLOC VA1358 is dissolved in water,
the molecular chain will expand rapidly under the swelling effect of water molecules. Then,
through the action of electrical charge, it is adsorbed on the surface of the suspended
particles, neutralizes the surface charge of the particles, and reduces or eliminates the
repulsive force between the particles. The particles are combined together, and the volume
continues to increase. When the volume reaches a certain level, it is separated from the
water, and finally it is separated from the phosphoric acid solution by sedimentation under
the action of gravity, so as to obtain a phosphoric acid product with higher purity.

4. Main Features:
a. High ionicity and good electrical neutralization.
b. Good dispersibility, easy and convenient to use, and less dosage.
c. It can significantly increase the speed of the agglomeration of impurity particles, and the
sedimentation effect is obvious.
d. Non-toxic and tasteless, no pollution to the environment.

5. Usage:
a. Add half of the water into the preparation tank, then add this product into the water
evenly, stir while adding, control the stirring speed at 100 rpm, and prepare this product into
an aqueous solution of 2‰ ～ 4‰. If the dissolution is slow, it can be properly heated by
steam, controlling the water temperature at 40°C to 60°C can significantly increase the
dissolution rate.
b. After the inspection of the addition system is completed, turn on the metering pump to
add continuously. The addition point is set on the phosphoric acid delivery pipeline (about 2
meters away from the pipeline outlet), and the dosage is 30-80ppm/m³ phosphoric acid.

6. Storage and preservation:


Store at -5°C to 40°C without opening the original package.

7. Packaging, storage and transportation:


This product is a small package of 2kg/bag. This product should avoid moisture absorption
and high temperature during storage, and should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated
place. The shelf life is 24 months.
