    LADIES’ NURSING CAP MUST BE CLEAN AND WORN ALL THE TIME.
    NAMEPLATES, PINS, ID MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
    MEN’S HAIR SHOULD BE CLEAN CUT WITH SWAVE OR GROOMED WELL.
    LADIES’ HAIR SHOULD BE BUNNED WITH HAIRNET; NO COMB CUT ALLOWED. LADIES WITH
     SHORT HAIR SHOULD BE CUT CLEAN (BOYS CUT) WITH BLACK HEADBOND.
    LOUD HAIR COLOR IS NOT ALLOWED; PREFERABLY, BLACK ONLY.
    NO EARINGS OR ACCESSORIES ALLOWED FOR MEN DURING DUTY.
    LADIES EARINGS SHOULD BE SMALL. SILVER, GOLD, OR EARTH COLOR ONLY. WEARING
     EARINGS IS NOT ALLOWED ON SPECIAL AREAS.
    ACCESSORY EXPECTED IS A SECOND HAND WATCH (BLACK, SILVER, GOLD OR EARTH COLOR
     ONLY; NO PINK, RED, OR CARTOONIZED)
    MAKE UP / COSMETICS IS ALLOWED TO BE WORN BUT IT SHOULD BE LIGHT AND SIMPLE (NOT
     GALA OR PAGEANT MAKE UP)

    WORN WITH ID, NAMEPLATE & BLACK RUBBER SHOES.
   GUIDELINES ON PROPER GROOMING MUST BE OBSERVED.
   FOR STERILE AREAS OR CLEAN AREAS LIKE OPERATING ROOM, DELIVERY ROOM,
    INTENSIVE CARE UNITS, ETC – NO NEED FOR ID AND NAMEPLATE; SHOES MUST BE
    CLEAN SHOES OR CLOSED SLIPPERS THAT IS SEPARATE FROM OUTSIDE SHOES AND
    WILL BE WORN ONLY INSIDE THE SPEACIAL AREA. MUST BE CLEAN AND WHITE.
   SHOULD BE WORN WITH STERILE CAP INSIDE THE SPECIAL UNITS.
