Greetings;
The Cagayan State university-College of Engineering (CSU-COE) Bachelor of Science in
Civil Engineering, the premier program of the University with its core to undergo more
comprehensive study program for students. Project study is one of the pre-requisite, where in we
need to propose a structure to fulfill the requirements of our curriculum.
Our proposed structure is a Two-Storey Multi-Purpose Evacuation Center, which we chose to
locate at your town, Aparri, Cagayan. And as a part of our progress in this project, we need to
acquire data which we will be using in the feasibility of our study.
In connection to this, may we ask your good office to seek the following information;
1. Is it necessary to have a multi-purpose evacuation center in this town?
2. If yes, where is the possible location to construct it?
3. Is Evacuation Center included to the prospect building projects of your office?
May you allow us to conduct a survey at your town for the purpose stated above. Also, may we
request an assistance in conducting the survey.
