B. The teacher will show pictures of forest
animals and their habitats.
Guide Questions:
1. What animals did you see?
2. Where do these animals live?
3. Can you tell the characteristics of
each?
C. Tell students to choose an animal that
they like and tell about its unique shape
and characteristics.
Example: Giraffe- I like it because it has a
long neck and tall body.
D. Distribute a piece of coloring book with
connect the dots and coloring activities.
E. Group students into five and ask them to
connect the dots first to reveal the
animal in the drawing and color it using
variety of lines, shapes and colors.
F. The best work will be displayed in the Art
Corner.
Assessment Give each student another coloring activity to be
done individually.
