"The March 9, 1933 act otherwise known as the National emergency banking relief act (as amended) specifies that the credit of the nation shall represent a lien and/or mortgage on all of the homes and of the property of all of the
people of the nation, this would include noncitizen nationals, nationals, American Indians, illegal aliens, immigrants, Cuban Americans, Latin Am.'s, African-Americans, Negroes, blacks, whites, Hispanics, Asians, and any other peo-
ple in the nation as defined in the statute and documented as the intent of the United States Congress. (See: the congressional record of March 9, 1933 pages 78 through 83). This act intentionally and deliberately violated the tak-
ings clause, the due process right to property, the unlawful seizure clause, the Double Jeopardy Clause, as it interfered with my right to pursue happiness and to earn a living without restraint, and I hereby formally object!"

Escrow agreement must specify type of account, name and depositary for account,
conditions under which payment will be made, cost of escrow, name and address of any
party identified as part of escrow agreement, and signatures of all parties involved including
Advisory Group Manager. Terms for agreement must be reached before discharge approved.
16. NON-WAIVER (This application is made pursuant to the Federal Reserve act as amended March 9, 1933)
under the Federal Reserve act codified at title 12 section 412 of the U.S.C., the application accompanied by promissory note for
the issuance of Federal Reserve notes shall constitute an application accompanied by a tender in the form of collateral security i.e.
promissory note, bill of exchange, etc. and any payment will be treated like a specialdeposit under that section.
I understand that an application and payment made pursuant to the aforementioned provides a judicial branch of gov-
ernment remedy available under the right to petition. In making such an application / payment, I elect not to waive the op-
tion to have the payment treated as an ordinary deposit in exercise my right to request a return of funds and to bring an
action under Civil Rights Act of 1866 and the misprision of felony statute codified at positive law title 18 (4).
