WEEK 1

OBJECTIVE

1. Our group sharing about "Copywriting Tips In Advertisement" to the Shrimpy


Frenzy community (Danish) where our team member, Hadi explain what is
copywriting to community in general, which copywriting is written text that is
intended for inform, inspire or persuade. Besides, Hadi explain what copywriter
do in terms of advertisement and marketing, audio-visuals, digital marketing,
ghost-writing and public relation. Furthermore, Hadi explain 4 reasons why
important to attract customer by copyrwriting consist of brand image, market
insights, value-driven, relatability.

2. Moreover, our team member (Hadi) shared "7 Tips To Create A Interesting
Copywriting That Simple And Efficient" to Danish;
For the first tip is "Know your audience" such as what audience of our
community target.

Second tip, we share on how to "use proper language to audience". The main
rule in writing converted copywriting is to write just like how his customers think
and talk and sellers need to use language that they understand.

Third tip is "Focus on the USP (Unique Selling Proposition)" where the
community needs to identify the thing that differentiate his products or services
from others and what makes our community product interesting compared to
others.

Fourth tip is emphasizes solutions to the audience’s main problems where we


discuss with community on how to solve solutions of audience's main problem
that normally face with Shrimpy Frenzy.

Fifth tip is use testimony or social proof by suggest 6 types of social proof
insist of the wisdom of crowds, people similarity, circle of friends, users and
cutomers, experts and celebrities.

On the sixth tip, we explain to make copywriting need to make it simple and
not redundant.

For last tip or seventh tip, the commmunity need to test and improve his
copywriting by need to measure the effectiveness of every copywriting his create
and see either his text powerful enough to attract customers or not.
PROBLEM OR ISSUE

1. We planned to make the session with the community earlier but it was delayed 3
times due to the community's personal matters and it was hard to make it earlier.

2. Have unstable internet connections when google meets with the community.

WEEK 2

OBJECTIVE

1. Our group sharing about "EDITING,PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY" to the


Shrimpy Frenzy community (Danish) where our team member, Hijirah explain
what is Editing to community in general, which he suggested what easy mobile
app for Poster Editing. There have two which is Desygner and Canva. Besides,
Hijirah explain what Tool and Equipments Needed for Content Creation.

2. Moreover, our team member (Hijirah) shared about photography which is


"Applications suggestions to edit photos and filters source" to Danish.

3. Next, for videography Hijirah shared about videography which applications that
suitable for editing videos.

4. Therefore, Hijirah also shared a tips on how to edit video that can improve your
business profile. First tip Short duration, A attractive thumbnail, Get to know your
demographics audience, Shape of video, Music and Emotion.

5. Last sharing, Hijirah shared about mistake when to take a picture. The first one is
do not show product detailing. Second, do not position the product in the right
place. Third, Use filter. Fourth, Over crop main photo. Five, Too much props in
picture. Last, No lighting.

PROBLEM OR ISSUE

1. Have unstable internet connections when google meets with the community.

2. Have audio problem which we have to record the session two time with the
community.

LESSON WITH OWNER

During the learning session, Danish seems to know about basic photo editing. He is
aware of some of the multimedia applications ideas made by members, but not all of
them. Basically, he is familiar with Canva, Vn, and Lightroom only. However, he is
interested to know about other apps as well. Thus, we provided some extra
explanations on how each application works.
OWNER'S FEEDBACK
We ended the learning session at 12:40 AM. Based on the questionnaire distributed to
Danish, his feedback about this week's learning and teaching session was very satisfied
and he rated the presenter's teaching style as satisfied. Besides, he also rated he can
understand the topic and all his question were answer very well, and is able to apply the
lessons to his business.

TEAM'S PERSPECTIVE

From our team perspective, everyone looks to enjoy delivering their teaching to Danish.
We created a slide to make our community understand better. All the team members are
ready with their parts and completing ourselves with knowledge after some research.
Danish looks more comfortable after being together for two weeks, compared to the
earlier weeks.

WEEK 3

OBJECTIVE

1. Our group sharing about "BUSINESS WHATSAPP TOOLS & POSTING


MANAGEMENT" to the Shrimpy Frenzy community (Danish) where our team
member, Zahim Mustaffa
explain what is Business Whatsapp and Posting Management to community in
general, which he suggested to install business whatsapp at Playstore or
Appstore. He also explained to the community about the functions of business
whatsapp for online business.

2. Moreover, our team member (Zahim) also shared about Business Whatsapp
which is "How to install and register Business Whatsapp application on mobile"
to Danish.

3. Therefore, Zahim also shared 6 tips on what we need to know about Business
Whatsapp. First tip Business Profile, Quick Reply, Automatic Reply, Greeting,
Label Chat’ Catalog and Add to cart.

4. Next one, Zahim shared about differences between Whatsapp Messenger and
Business Whatsapp. There are a lot of difference which is Normal Whatsapp
account made using a mobile phone number while Business Whatsapp account
made using a mobile or landline phone number.

5. Other than that, our member (Zahim) introduced to Danish about Whatsapp tools
which is WABOOST. A software used for Whatsapp to increase sales for online
business.

6. Therefore, Zahim explained to our community about “What is posting


management” and “How to create your perfect social media posting schedule”
which is know your audience, understand how social media algorithm work and
plan your campaign in advance.

7. Lastly, Zahim also explained benefits of posting management/social media


management to Danish which are build relationship, share your expertise,
increase your visibility, educate yourself, to manage multiple social pages and to
manage customer relationship.
PROBLEM OR ISSUE

1. Have unstable internet connections when google meets with the community.

LESSON WITH OWNER

During the learning session, Danish seems to know about basic Business Whatsapp.
He is aware of some of the functions explained to him, but not all of them. Basically, he
is familiar with Business Whatsapp but not with Posting Management. However, he is
interested to know about posting management as well. Thus, we provided some extra
explanations on how posting management work for his business.

OWNER'S FEEDBACK
We ended the learning session at 10:06 PM. Based on the questionnaire distributed to
Danish, his feedback about this week's learning and teaching session was very
satisfied and he rated the presenter's teaching style as satisfied. Besides, he also rated
he can understand the topic and all his question were answer very well, and is able to
apply the lessons to his business.

TEAM'S PERSPECTIVE

From our team perspective, everyone looks to enjoy delivering their teaching to Danish.
We created a slide to make our community understand better. All the team members are
ready with their parts and completing ourselves with knowledge after some research.
Danish looks more comfortable after being together for three weeks, compared to the
earlier weeks.

WEEK 4

OBJECTIVE

1. Our group sharing about "SHOPEE SELLER TOOLS" to the Shrimpy Frenzy
community (Danish) where our team member, Haziq Hamdi explain what is
Shopee Seller Tools to community in general, which he suggested to use in-store
provided shopee tools. He also explained to the community about the functions
of shopee tools for online business.

2. Moreover, Haziq also shared 5 tools that Shrimpy Frenzy need to know that can
boost their sales and increase Shrimpy Frenzy’s brand loyalty.

3. Next, Haziq shared about how to implement and use the tools in the Shopee
Merchant page.

4. Lastly, Haziq recommended which tools that best to use for Shrimpy Frenzy.

PROBLEM OR ISSUE

1. The community (Danish) was not in a best condition and had to close the camera.

LESSON WITH OWNER

During the learning session, Danish seems to know about basic Shopee tools. He is
aware of some of the functions explained to him, but not all of them. Basically, he is
familiar with Shopee tools but did not implement it.

OWNER'S FEEDBACK
Danish said that the information given was top notch. The session was great, and he
was impressed with Haziq’s talk. He also said that the session is very useful to him
because he now can fully understand about the importance of using Shopee tools.

TEAM'S PERSPECTIVE

From our team perspective, Danish gave his best effort to listen to the talk and the team
members also gave the best supportive role during the session.

WEEK 5

OBJECTIVE

1. Our group shared about "DOMAIN" to the Shrimpy Frenzy community (Danish)
where our team member, Haziq Hamdi explain what DOMAIN is to the community.
The information was straight forward and easy to understand.

2. Moreover, Haziq also shared 4 examples of websites that trusted for the
community to buy a Domain and expand its business.

3. Next, Haziq shared about how to setup or start your own Domain and he also
gave a little bit of tips during the session.

4. Lastly, Haziq recommended which sites that offer the best package plan to start
with to the community.

PROBLEM OR ISSUE

1. The community internet connection was interrupted in the beginning of the session.

LESSON WITH OWNER

During the learning session, the community learned a lot about domain, and he also
said that through the session he received many new information.

OWNER'S FEEDBACK
Danish said that the information given was top notch. The session was great, and he
was impressed with Haziq’s talk. He also said that the session is very useful to him
because he can now try to expand his business with his own domain.

TEAM'S PERSPECTIVE

From our team perspective, Danish gave his best effort to listen to the talk and the team
members also gave the best supportive role during the session.

WEEK 6

OBJECTIVE

1. Our group get the feedback from the community about the whole session from
week one to week six.

2. Moreover, our group discusses the effects of what we've learned through the
SULAM project with the community.

3. Next, we get the impact of community business during our whole session, from
week one to week six.

4. Therefore, our group inviting the community to the closing program of SULAM
project that will be held on 6 July 2022.

5. Lastly, we appreciate him for his contribution and cooperation with our
organization and apologies to our community if we have any less.

PROBLEM OR ISSUE

1. We reschedule 3 times to meet with our community due to his work matter.

LESSON WITH OWNER


Our team members receive evaluations and comments from Danish (our community)
during the evaluation process. Danish evaluates each member of our group and gives
us advice on aspects where we should improve. But thus far, he has greatly enjoyed
the entire session and has learned a lot from this project. Danish also shares to us his
business knowledge, and we also earn new knowledge from him. Additionally, we are
grateful that the community could understand the session as a whole, but we know that
our delivery of the presentation, including our tone and confidence as well as the
information we provided, still needs improvement.
OWNER'S FEEDBACK
During to the evaluation session, Danish share his feedback throughout the whole
session, which lasted from week one to week six. He also gave feedback on each
speaker's performance and he also gave us suggestions on how to improve it. Next,
Danish then stated that he had considered this SULAM project are very helpful to his
small business and that he had applied many of the project's lessons from our group to
his own business. As a result, he is really happy and pleased that his business have
positive improvement than before.

TEAM'S PERSPECTIVE

From our team perspective, Everyone seems to like sharing their feedback and
opinions with the community and with one another. Due to everyone's contributions and
the fact that everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities, our group appears to
be enjoying working as a team on this SULAM project. Besides, Danish also looks
more comfortable after being together for six weeks, compared to the earlier weeks.
