Please remember:
To track required observations for teachers at each step of the evaluation cycle. Meet all required
deadlines in the evaluation manual for teachers. Averaging 3 observations a week should meet these
requirements and keep you visible and informed about instruction in your school.
To observe new and struggling teachers more frequently than effective teachers.
To call the instructional team of directors, specialists, coaches, and lead teachers if they can be of
assistance in teacher supervision.
To submit one Monthly Supervision Report form per administrator in each school each month.
