MEMORANDUM

FOR : Provincial Director

FROM : Acting Chief of Police

SUBJECT : Progress Report - Alleged Stabbing Incident

DATE : December 8, 2022

1. This is with the reference to the Spot Report dated in December 8, 2022 on the
reported stabbing incident occured at Barangay Solcom, Lucena City.

2. The victim was identifed as Edward Villamor, a 21 year-old student of Enverga


University, and a resident of Barangay Solcom, Lucena City.

3. The investigators conducted an interview to the family and friends of Villamor who
was with him before the incident happened and according to the friends of the victim, he
was with John Carlo Bamba, who happened to be his drinking buddy.

4. The initial investigation has releaved that Villamor and Bamba have been friends for a
long time, but unfortunately, Bamba has been holding a grudge on the victim for quite
some time.

5. Further development on the case will be sent to the office as soon as obtained.

6. Final Report will follow.
