OPERATING INFORMATION

To reduce the risk of injury, all operators and maintenance personnel must
read and understand these instructions before operating, changing
accessories, or performing maintenance . All possible situations cannot be
covered in these instructions. Care must be exercised by everyone using,
maintaining or working near this equipment.

You will need this manual for the safety warnings and precautions,
operating, maintenance and cleaning procedures, parts list. Keep your
invoice with this manual. Write the invoice number on the inside of the
front over. Keep this manual and invoice in a safe and dry place for future
reference.
SAVE WARNING AND PRECAUTIONS
1. KEEP WORK AREA CLEAN. Cluttered work areas invite injuries.
2. KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM WORK AREA. Do not allow children to
the Drum with a shovel or other tools to break up accumulations of dried
concrete mix, as damage to the Concrete Mixer may result.
3. STOP FOR EQUIPMENT. When not in use and equipment should be
stored in a dry location to inhibit rust. Always lock up tools and equipment
and keep out of reach of children.
4. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IF UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR
DRUGS. Read warning labels on prescriptions to determine of your
judgment or reflexes are impaired while talking drugs. If there is any doubt,
do not attempt to use this tool.

13. MAINTENANCE: for your safety, service and maintenance should be
performed regularly by a qualified technician.
14. USE THE RIGHT PRODUCT FOR THE RIGHT JOB. There are certain
applications for which this product was designed. Do not use a small tool or
attachment to do the work of a larger industrial tool or attachment. Do not
use this product for which it was not intended.
SPECIFIC PRODUCT WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS
1. CAUTION: Never perform any services or maintenance on the Concrete
Mixer while it is running. Before performing services or maintenance, turn

3 Wheel shaft 01 2. Before each use, inspect the general condition of the Concrete Mixer,

6 Nut (M10) 04 abnormal noise or vibration occurs, turn off the Concrete Mixer
7 Bolt (M10*45) 04 immediately and have the problem corrected before further use. Do not

9 Flat Gasket (10) 04 3. Retighten the V-belt after the first 24 hours of use. The V-belt should be
10 Spring Cushion (10) 04 able to be pressed in no more than 1/4.
11 Nut (M10) 04 4. Periodically, recheck all nuts. Bolts and screws for tightness.
12 Engine Base 01 5. Thoroughly clean the Concrete Mixer at the end of each day’s operation.
13 Flat Gasket (10) 04 The Drum Assembly may be scoured for approximately two minutes, using
14 Spring Cushion (10) 04 a gravel and water mixture. Then, discharge the gravel/water mixture and
15 Bolt (M10*30) 04 hose down the Drum Assembly inside and out.
16 Belt Pulley 01 6. Dried concrete mix should be scraped out of the Drum. Do not beat on

7.Prior to using the concrete mixer, make sure you read and completely.

8.Use common sense when handling oil. Transport fuel only in approved

9.Keep all guards in place and in proper working condition.

12.Keep a safe clearance around the concrete mixer. Keep all people
(except the operator) a minimum of six feet from the Mixer during
operation.
13.Do not overload the concrete mixer. An overload may damage the
equipment.
14. Daily check the oil level in the Engine. Refer to the Engine manufacture’s
manual/for the type and level of oil recommended, and all other Engine
service and maintenance instructions.
15. Periodically, inspect the speed converter assembly and the wheel
bearings. For proper lubrication.
UNPACKING
When unpacking, check to make sure all parts listed in the Parts Lists are
included. Pls turn to place of purchase as soon as possible.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Note:All parts below refer to the parts list shown on page 8 and 9 of
this manual
1. Caution: Do not attempt to move the Concrete Mixer when it is full
and/or in operation.
2. Place the Concrete Mixer on a solid, flat, and level surface that is capable
of supporting the weight of the mixer and its load.
3. Start the Engine and allow it to reach the appropriate operating
temperature as instructed in the Engine manufacturer’s operating manual.
4. NOTE: Filling and emptying the Drum is best done with drum rotating. Do
not turn off the Concrete Mixer while full of cement.
5. With the Drum operating between 20-30RPM, the Concrete Mixer is now
ready for the addition of the concrete mix.
6. To determine the proper amount of water, gravel, cement, and sand,
refers to Figure A

9.After discharging the cement,turn the Hand Wheel clockwise to return
the Drum to its original position.Then,make sure to fully engage the Brake
Handle.
10.When finished,make sure to the roughly clean the inside of the Drum.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING


1. CAUTION: Never perform any services or maintenance on the Cement
Mixer while it is running. Before performing services or maintenance, turn
off the engine and disconnect the spark plug wire to prevent accidental
starting.
2. Before each use, inspect the general condition of the Cement Mixer,
Check for loose csrews, misalignment, binding of moving parts,loose or
brokrn parts, and any other condition that may affect operation. If
abnormal noise or vibration occurs, turn off the Cement Mixer immediately
and have the problem corrected before further use. Do not use damaged
DRUM EXPLODED DRAWING equipment.

3. Retighten the V-belt after the first 24 hours of use. The V-belt should be
able to be pressed in no more than 1/4.

9.Check the oil which is in the Drum Bearing and bevel gear frequently,
filling with grease oil regularly.Otherwise,the bearing are easy to broken.
10. Periodically, inspect the Speed Converter Assembly and the Wheel
Bearings. For proper lubrication. (See Assy. Diagram)
WARRANTY
These products are covered by warranty for a period of six (6) months from
the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship provided
that:
·The product concerned has been operated and maintained accordance
with the operating instructions.
·Has not been tampered with or repaired by any unauthorized person.
·Has not been tampered with or repaired by any unauthorized person.
The owner is responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the
authorized repairer and the unit is at the owners risk while in transit to and
from the repairer.
Impact damage is not covered under warranty. Clutches are not covered
under any warranty. Engines are warranted by their manufacturer.
