TRAINING DESIGN FOR SIP/AIP/SBM ASSESSMENT

I. RATIONALE

 The SGC is tasked to act as partner of the of the School Head


in providing opportunity to develop shared responsibility in the
children’s learning and holistic development. and;
 Encourage and facilitate effective community stakeholder
participation in school improvement process focused on
children’s learning and welfare.

II. OBJECTIVES

 To identify programs/projects implemented and which of these


programs were not and determine its contributions to the
desired academic performance of the students.
 Identify reasons for non implementation of the programs and
projects.
 Assess the affectivity of the implementation of the programs
towards academic performance.

III. PARTICIPANTS’ PROFILE

The participants are the members of the School Planning Team and
the School Governing Council of Dauin National High School.

IV. SCHEDULE OF THE ACTIVITY

The schedule of the SIP/AIP/SBM Assessment will be on January 4,


2013 at Dauin National High School campus.
V. Budgetary Requirements

Meal and 2 snacks at Ph 200.00 per person for


22 persons…..……………………………………………….Ph 4,400.00
