AIT CRACK 4.

Event Report

The Competitive Programming Club of AIT successfully conducted its first Intra-College coding
event “AIT CRACK 4.1” for the session 2022-23 on 23rd and 28th September 2022.

The event was conducted in two stages:

● An online coding round on Codeforces platform (Qualifier)


● An offline coding round on HackerRank platform (Final)

QUALIFICATION ROUND
The qualification round held on 23rd October 2021 from 5:35 PM – 7:35 PM, on Codeforces
Platform. The Codeforces Round #822 (Div. 2) was used for the same. This was open for all the
students at the Army Institute of Technology. This round consisted of 6 Questions based on
Data Structures and Algorithms. The participants were judged based on the number of
questions solved and the time taken to solve these questions.

Final Round:
Top 60 Students from the Qualification Round were selected as follows:

● Top 30 Students in the TE-BE Category


● Top 30 Students in the FE-SE Category

The Final Round held on 28th September 2022 on HackerRank from 6:00 PM to 08:00 PM in
the Reading Hall. The Round had 6 problems. The core logic of every problem statement
revolved around topics such as Mathematics, Data Structures and Algorithms.

The real-time leaderboard was visible throughout the round which made it even more exciting.
