• Lab will issue the calibration report only after receipt of 100% Payment.

• The rate for Calibration services are excluding applicable government taxes, which will be paid extra.
• Above rates are given based on soft copy of report. If you require hard copy of report then it will be charge extra per report by Rs 100/- excluding applicable taxes.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CALIBRATION SERVICES

Payment can be made through Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, Bank Draft, or Cheque/UPI Payment / QR code Scan.
Delay in payment will be charged interest @ 2% per month.
Calibration will be carried out only after receipt of the confirmed work order along with the Calibration request.
Customers are responsible to provide DUC in satisfactory as specified in the relevant National or International standards for Calibration.

Calibration Certificate: Preparation of test reports may take up to 7 working days after completion of Calibration.

Time duration for completion of Calibration may get changed based on several factors like- Natural Calamities, Political Situation, Non-availability of transportation, lockdown etc.
For Site Calibration, If electricity required for calibration of any DUC device will be under your scope.
If equipment found unsatisfactory for calibration during calibration then 50% of the charges will be applicable for the same.
Global Lab is legally enforceable to ensure confidentiality of information obtained/created by laboratory personnel, external service providers, individuals, or committee during the performance of

laboratory activities.
Calibration is valid only to the DUC at the time of calibration at specified condition.
Laboratory is not liable for any deviation in calibration results after completion of calibration.
No part of the report, except in full, shall be reproduced without the written consent of the laboratory.
The role of the Global Lab is restricted to the calibration report only which is issued to customer.

Global Lab or any of its employees will neither be liable for any disputes/litigation whatsoever, between the customer and any third party arising out of the Calibration result nor will interact with a
third party in this regard.
Rate is based on the max amount of discount we can give and is made especially for your site/project. These rates should be kept confidential.
