Marco Valve Co.(below refer to Marco Valve) is located at Wuxing
Industrial Zone, Oubei Town, Yongjia , which is also known as the
Pump and Valve Town of China,we have convenient transportation
conditions near to airport and highway. Our workshops were
originally established in 2007, specialized in design,production and
salses of the ASME API ANSI and other standard ball valves.The
valve range includes 1/2"-42"inch(DN15- DN1050),150lb-
2500lb(1.6mpa-42mpa)with conventional and special material
available. We are facilited with many modern first class equipment
from maching and testing. Marco Valve has a long production
experience of ball valve and a reputable record with clients both at
home and abroad, the products have been exported to the area of
America, Europe, Middle- East and and South Asia etc, are widely
applied in the sectors of coal refinery, metallurgy, oil& gas,

Special material V type control ball valve, is a

control type ball valve with special material
applied, the ball part of valve is designed with
special V type profiles, so the valve can achieve
high-precision control. The valves are widely
used in hydrometallurgy, refinery, paper making,
sewage treatment and other fields.fields.

Technical Features:
The combination of ball valve features and
special V type incision can achieve large
regulating ration and high-precision controlling;
Shearing effect happened during the rotating of
the ball and seat, can reduce the adhesion
problem of the particles;
The self-development high performance
composite ceramic material are widely used so
that the valve can be applied in strong corrosive
working services with solid-liquid medium, such
as acid, alkaline and others, largely solve the
destructive problems caused by the interact of
corrosion and erosion, so extend the service life
of the valve.

In general, the seat material of ball valve employs non-metal, such as
PTFE. Limited by the seat material, ball valves can not be used in case
of high temperature, medium with solids and the ash disposal system.
For this condition, with years of research, we have developed the
hard seal ball valve, including floating type and trunnion type, making
theball valve able to be used extensible in petroleum, chemical,
metallurgy, polycrystalline silicon and power industry.

DESIGN
The body of valve are designed as fully-welded structure,there
are two systematically distributed ring type welding joints,the
minimum wall thickness of these two joints are strictly designed
as per API 6D,ASME B16.34,ASME SECTION VIII, which can
completely avoid any body leakage,and withstand the stress
from the pipeline.

 DBB VALVE (TWO – BALL)
DBB (Double block & bleed valve ) is designed to replace the
complicately mutiple valves in the traditional pipelines, for reduction of
leakgae points , achievment of rapaidly draining and blocking and
maximumly saving the installation space with simplified installation
procedure on site.

 CRYOGENIC BALL VALVE
Cryogenic ball valves are mainly used in chemical equipment handling
mediums as cryogenic liquid, ethylene,liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen, LNG,
etc.
These types of flammable and explosive medium can be volumetrically
expanded by several hundred times when it is being gasfied under rising
temperature ,and they are difcult to handle because they have highly
penetrative and leaky properties.

jacket design to avoid the direct contact with
the high temperature, with which to protect
the non-metal sealing performance, to
prolong its life span.

Project Problem Solving : the extreme damage to valve seat sealing surface resulted from the long time wash and
erosion .

second layer adopts Thermo Spray Techniques)
 PINCH VALVE
Pinch valve is an internal liner valve with rubber bushing, the rubber
bushing will be flatted and fit together caused by the flexible
deformation under the influence of drive mechanism, so that to cut
down the flow and achieve the sealing. Only the rubber bushing
contacts with the fluids, so the requirements can be easily met when
choosing the proper flexible material and forming process as per the
applied medium and temperature. By the deformation of the rubber
bushing, the valve can achieve open and close operation, there is no
relative motion of the spare parts, and when the valve is fully open,
the port is straight and no dead zone, so will not lead any blocking
problems. The valves are applicable for the liquid fluids with wear
substances or two-phase fluids or three-phase fluids, such as
particles, powder, fiber, thick pulp and others.

Technical Features:
Adopting different rubber formulas and winding type bushing
structure, can meet the wear resistant, high temperature and
pressure, anti-corrosive requirements.
Designed with external sealing body structure, when the rubber
bushing is damaged in accident, this type of sealing structure can
avoid the corrosive medium leakage directly to the outside, so not
lead to any safety accidents. The structure has a certain corrosion
resistance capability.
Monitor and alarming devices are set up, when the bushing is
unexpectedly damaged during operation, the devices will send
warning of audible and visual alarm or a remote warning signal
timely.
