Community Stakeholders Meeting on Brigada Eskwela Programs, Projects and Activities
July 7, 2022

Attendance
1. Ma. Rita Z. Trinidad- Principal II
2. Alelie Grace L. Tolentino- Teacher II
3. Melody Gutierrez- GPTA President (representative)

I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by the Principal Ma’am Zenaida B. Dionglay at 8:00 a.m. Ma’am Alelie
Grace L. Tolentino recorded the minutes thereof.

II. Certification of Notice and Quorum


The Principal certified that all teachers and members of GPTA representatives were present in the
meeting, and that there was, therof a quorom to proceed with the meeting.

III. Matters Arising from the Minutes of the Previous Meeting


There was no problem raised from the previous meeting.
IV. Agenda
1. Presentation of the Objectives of Brigada Eskwela by Ma’am Eillen G. Santelices as the School’s
Brigada Eskwela Coordinator.
2. Discussion on the Action Plan and Project Matrix including the set of planned activities, persons
involved and fund to be used. These includes, Clean-Up Drive, Cleaning and Disinfections of School
facilities to maintains a learning environment, Brigada Pagbasa, Gulayan sa Paaralan at Tahanan,
Stakeholders Appreciation Program and Proper Documentation of Donations.
3. Planning of Alumni Activities and the proceeds for Brigada Eskwela Projects.
3. 100% support and cooperation from GPTA officers and other stakeholders on the project.

V. Adjournment
Thereby no matters to discuss, meeting ended with the expression of gratitude to all who attended.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 in the morning.
