Rules for Project Field Work

1. Project work should be allocated equally to the students by forming groups related to the subject.
The number of students in the group can be kept according to the nature and requirement of the
project work. The number of students in a group can be from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6.
2. It is mandatory for the student group to do 7 full day or 15 days part time field work. If he is
doing this work from a recognized institution, then the certificate of that institution or the evidence
of field work will have to be presented in the report in the form of a photo.
3. Project report to be submitted in self hand written minimum 5000 words. It is necessary to use
Charts, Graphs, Photographs, etc. As per requirement in the project report.
4. It will be necessary to mention the role and responsibility of all the students involved in the project
work in the project methodology.
5. The project work will not be based on copying in any way. Student will have to complete the
project work on the basis of available resources at 100% discretion. The student will also have to
give this certificate along with the report that the project report submitted is his original work. The
project work is to be completed in a long period but in any case the student is required to complete
the project work in the current session before 15th Jan.2023.

Project work Evaluation
Main objective of Project work is to develop positive approach for subject in students.

Every student or group of students have to submit project report at the end of Project work duration.

Following are the points of evaluation:-

1. Evaluator assured that all the necessary steps have been taken to achieve the learning outcome.
2. Evaluator assured that reports are presented which include work done and work achieved by each and
every student.
3. Student will have to give a minimum 3 Progress reports (P1, P2, P3 format); on the basis of which the
teachers concerned will do the work of continuous evaluation.
4. In addition to continuous evaluation, after submitting the final report of the project work (in format
P4), presentation of the project work will be done in the presence of the designated examiner appointed
by the University and oral/viva examination will be conducted. On the basis of which the final
evaluation and regular grade will be given.(Continuous evaluation and external evaluation carried
50 marks each) ( 30 Marks for group presentation and report)(20 marks for individual student
viva).

Evaluation will be based on the learning outcomes of the students.
