INSTALLATION 1. Ensure Pipe sizes and materials are in
accordance with approvals, inspected and
cleared for installation
2. Flanges are free from debris and
contaminants prior to installation.
3. Check that the puddle Flanges are painted
externally with two coats of bituminous
paint before being built in to the structure.
4. Sleeves are free from debris and
contaminants prior to installation.
5. Ensure all installation is as per approved
drawings with approved Invert level
6. ensure the puddles are in line and central
plate is exact vertical ,confirm with level
indicator
7. Ensure the sleeves are in line and central
plate is exact vertical ,confirm with level
indicator
8. By welding process after the edges (for
pipe piece of puddle flange) are prepared
and cleaned check for alignment and
position.
9. Tie the puddle with suitable wires with
steel to avoid any misalignment while
concreting.
10. Re-check the installation before shutter
closing.
