A session to share the envision of green approach towards development to

Client/ESD Consultant/GreenREAP need to:
• Arrange PA meeting within 3 months after
registration. It is not a mandatory but
recommended to arrange the PA meeting.
• Registration fee should be made before
conducting PA meeting.
• Prepare and present the slide during the
meeting.
• Submit pre-lim scorecard with the intended
criteria.
• To circulate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) among
attendees within 1 week after the PA meeting.

Stage 2: Actual Assessment (AA)

ESD Consultant/GreenREAP need to:
• Submit complete AA documents in softcopy/via cloud links. Submission
Template with client’s and QP signature is compulsory.
• AA meeting will be conducted after assessment of the document
submitted (1 month).
• Assessors & External Reviewer will issue comments .
• Arrange AA meeting. AA meeting is a clarification day with respect to
GreenRE‘s comments.
• Submit clarifications documents within 2 weeks after AA meeting.

Arrange the site visit with respect to the operation condition
Tour itinerary for which area should be visited first - scoring items

For items that unable to see on-site after completion (low VOC paint, waterproofing,

The need for Renewal on GreenRE Certified Buildings
(Non-Residential & Residential)
Upon successful award of final certificate, renewal assessment will be conducted every
3 years to ascertain continuing compliance to GreenRE requirement.
Renewal of GreenRE Buildings is a process for qualified GreenRE-certified buildings to
be recognised for sustained performance in the area of energy efficiency, water
efficiency, operations and management, and indoor environment quality.
By satisfying a checklist of performance metrics, such buildings can be
re-certified to its existing GreenRE tool and rating.
GreenRE Non-Residential renewal is applicable for a building that:
1. Retain same GreenRE tool and rating
2. Has not been refurbished or renovated
