I hereby report to the college Sri Chakra College of Education, Sy.No.209, Sheriguda (V),Ibrahimpatnam(M), Ranga Reddy Dist in
Methodology SOCIAL STUDIES - [ REG ] allotted during the Phase II of counseling and submit my joining report herewith on
__________________(date).
I am aware of the following :
1. The candidates and parents are hereby Informed that whatever the tuition fee is revised for the block period 2022-23 to
2024-25shall be applicable for the batch of students
allotted or admitted for the academic year 2022-2023. Further, the
difference of the tuition fee if any whatever being paid now and to be paid due to revision
shall be payable.
2. Hostel facility in the allotted college (if applicable) will be provided to the students admitted against regular courses only subject
to the availability of Accomodation.
3. I have to carry the fee paid challan and joing letter to the alloted college.
4. I am required to produce the following Original Certificates for Physical Verification at the Allotted College along with
two sets of
photocopies of the certificate
1. Rank Card 7. Latest Integrated Community Cerficate (Caste Cerficate) (If applicable)
2. SSC or equivalent 8. Transfer Certificate
3. Memorandum of marks of Intermediate or equivalent 9. EWS Certificate issued after 01/01/2022(If applicable)
4. Memorandum of marks in Qualifying Examination / CMM 10. Income Certificate issued after 01/01/2022(If applicable)
5. Provisional Certificate of Qualifying Examination 11. Minority Certificate(If applicable)
6. Study certificates from 1st standard to Intermediate / Graduation 12. NCC / CAP / PH / Sports Cerficate(If applicable)
5. I have to collect the provisional allotment order from the college allotted after verification of original certificates,
otherwise my seat stands cancelled.
6. My allotment order will be cancelled if all the original cerificates are not produced at the allotted college for Physical Verification.
7. My claim for Reimbersement of Tuition Fee (RTF) will be considered subject to verification and eligibility
criteria prescribed by
Government of Telangana from time to time. In the event of myself found not eliginble for fee reimbusement, I will pay the total
Tuition fee.
8. I am not eligible for fee reimbersement if I have already claimed fee reimbersement in PG or any other professional course studied.
9. As per G.O Rt No:78, dated 01.09.2020, I have to pay a special fee of Rs 3000/- at the alloted college.
10. My allotment stands cancelled if not reported to the allotted college between 01st Dec., 2022, to 07th Dec., 2022
11. Class work already commenced from 14th Nov., 2022
12. The Claim for refund of tuition fee paid to the convener due to cancellation of seat / submission of income certificate / difference
of tuition fee etc. has to be done on or before 31.03.2023.
