100-Hour
Every ‘ime the liftruckis serviced or every 100 hours of truck operation, whichever comes first, complete
the following maintenance procedures:
1, Ingpect the faceplate and frame sliding bearing blocks forsuffclent lubrication, Ifnecescary,
lubricate with Dubols FG-2 food industry grease
2, Inspect the hose for wear andkinking, Replace kinked or wom hose.
500-Hour
Alter each 500 hours of ruck operation, in adlton tothe 100-hour maintenance, perform the fllowing
procedures:
‘Inspect all bushings tthe pivot points for excessive wear. Replace it necessary.
2 Tighten the capscrews thal secure the arm pivol points to torque of 810 ft-bs.
3 Inspect te belts fastening the gripper assembly to the faceplate. Tighten toa torque of 118-125 f.-
Ibs.
4.Tighten the mounting hook capscrews to torque of 118-125 fL-lbs.
‘Tighten platen capscrews.
