1 Physical check of tools as per tool list prior to load out.
2 Valid inspection reports to be confirmed prior to load out.
Delivery Ticket/ Loading Note are as per requirements and matches physical load

out list.
Does the Inspection Plate show at least 1 MONTH full remaining before statutory

examination is due?
Is all lifting gear (i.e. Cargo Basket, Slings & Shackles) marked/stamped SWL with

ID number?
6 Is the SWL/Gross Wt/Tare Wt clearly marked on the Cargo Baskets?
7 Is there a destination tag attached (or marked on the shipping/transport appliance)?
8 Have all tubular been slung correctly?
Have all slings been checked for damage and are they properly equipped with

safety shackle (Including split securing pin/ring)?
10 Have weights been checked against SWL?
11 Is all Lifting Equipment correctly color coded?
Have heavy lifts been identified (i.e 10 Ton and above instructed to the Customer?
