ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We are heartily thankful to all faculty members of the department of INSTRUMENTATION

& CONTROL from SSEC-BHAVNAGAR, for making our project. It is our pleasure to take this
opportunity to thank all people who helped us directly or indirectly to prefer this project would
have been impossible without their guidance. They all encouragement and trust in our ideas. They
were always available for us to give guidance about the project. The disruption about the project
and the great advice given by them helped to make this project complete. We are thankful to them
pristine and enlightening guidance given to as throughout the semester.
We are especially thankful to our internal guide of project, for their encouragement guidance,
understanding and lots of support and trust. Without her help this project would not be success.

ABSTRACT

Water is properly the most important element for preserving life. We all needs water for living, but it’s
true that drinking water is limited resource.

So, it is very important to use it economical and carefully. If we will not conserve it then we can also
face the water crises in Melbourne in future.

Now you know that water is precious resource that we can’t afford to waste. A simple step towards a
water conservation can make some positive charge in future.

We can protect our planet and environment by water conservation in agriculture areas.

INTRODUCTION

Basically, the meaning of water conservation is careful and economical use of water. We should
conserve water as it is a precious natural resource.

All living things in the world need water to survive. Water is one of the precious gifts by nature to
us and it is very limited resources as we know. So, it is necessary to conserve it and save it for a
bright future.

Now we are heading towards the water crises due to uneconomical use and wastage of it. Water
level is decreasing day by day and the population is increasing, so we have to save more water for
the future generation of Melbourne city. Here we will know about the best ways to save water.

➢ The farmer who used water saving alternative techniques for cultivating paddy have
got almost equal produces as those who followed the conventional pudding method.
If there has been a slight drop in the output farmer said they save even more on input
cost.
➢ This farmer also advocated becoming of puddling arguing that as alternative
techniques have been tested with good results, overexploitation of water should ban.

❖ Sad Stories:

➢ In agriculture not use drip irrigation waste of compost and unwanted vegetation
sprout and consult compost the unwanted vegetation spoilage of soil and waste of
water and reduce your production and cost of many to secrete of vegetable this
money used in agriculture and produce more production.

CONCLUSION

Water conservation means the practice of using water in agriculture area in efficiently to
reduce unnecessary wastage of water.

Water conservation is important in agriculture areas because fresh water is a limited

resources and mankind, animals, birds and all life forms need water for survival.

After using drip irrigation, the water charge is charged only once, then the need for daily
water supply is no longer required and the cost is reduced.

Fertilizer is found in the roots of plants, so it does not cost less. Fertilizer fields more and
cost less. Water can be supplied over a wide area using a single pump. Ordinary farmer can also
use. Industry, school, house all places can grow more tress with less water.

Less water more production.
