WHEREAS, HP EUROPE BV, Amsterdam, Meyrin Branch, route du Nant d’Avril 150, 1217 Meyrin 2 / Geneva,
Switzerland (herein “HP") is HP Inc.’s headquarters for Europe, Middle-East and Africa.

HP is aware that Mogo Computers Ltd, 12 Nkrumah street, P.O. Box: 40973, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (herein
“the Bidder”), presently an HP authorized reseller in Tanzania, shall submit a bid to Kinondoni Manicipal
Council, Tanzania (herein “Client”), and subsequently negotiate and sign a contract, subject exclusively to
the terms and conditions between the Client and the Bidder, against all projects under
Tender/Quotation/Framework agreement No: KMC/PU/MTN/2022/07 for the above Products manufactured by
HP Inc. Manufacturing divisions and supplied by one of the presently authorized Distributors in Tanzania.

In the framework of the above-mentioned tender and its possible subsequent contract, the Bidder is acting on
its own name and behalf. The Bidder is neither an agent nor a representative of HP.
