INTRODUCTION
In order to assist the owner of JC Fashion Shoe with the ordering system,
this research will create a web-based system.
Some of footwear retail stores are still unable to provide an ideal retail
environment for their customer's shopping experience and pleasure. They tend
to focus only on the marketing and sales of their products. Thus, making them
less perceived from the other competitors.

Based on the interview and observation with the business owner, Mrs.
Jecelle Catalan, and his staff, the manual system in the establishment is the major

The feedback loops take the system output into consideration with the
end-users, which enables the system to adjust its performance to meet a desired
output response.
Figure 10 shows the use case diagram of the proposed system. It shows
the flow of information between the system, its environment and the entities that
interact with it. Based on the process model, there are three (3) entities namely;
Business Owner (administrator), staff/crew, and customer. In the process, the
staff manages customer’s information, orders, payment, delivery schedules, and
print reports such as list of customers, list of orders, list of delivery schedules,
order receipt and view income report. The business owner can view income
performance report in graphical representation.
The customer can order by filling-up the ordering form online, receive
order payment receipt upon delivery. The processes as shown in Figure 6.

Figure 6 shows the use case diagram of the proposed system. These
diagrams also identify the interactions between the system and its actors. The
use cases and actors in use-case diagrams describe what the system does and
how the actors use it, but not how the system operates internally.

The figure below is the Gantt chart of the project indicating the schedule of activities per phase for projected completion. It
includes duration of tasks in the development of the project starts from September 26, 2022 for requirement gathering and terminates
on November 30, 2022.
Technical References
The table shows the following hardware and software requirements were
used in the development of the project. The hardware requirements include the
minimum hardware parts of computer to support the development process of
the system and software requirements includes the minimum operating system,
front end and backend software needed to deploy the system online.
