OVERVIEW

1. Give a business/corporation (one only) you think belongs to the “specialized
industry” and describe the nature of its operations.
CEBU PACIFIC
Cebu Air Inc (Cebu Pacific), a subsidiary of JG Summit Holdings Inc., is an
airline travel service provider. The company operates under the trade name,
Cebu Pacific Air (Cebu Pacific). It provides scheduled air travel services and
cargo services. The company’s fleet includes Airbus A320CEO, Airbus
A330CEO, Airbus A320Neo, ATR 72-600, ATR Freighter, and ATR 72-500.
Cebu Pacific, through its partners, provides tours, hotel booking services,
cruises, and car booking services. The company also provides sports
equipment handling, car rental, and travel insurance services. Cebu Pacific
operates flights to cities in several other countries across Asia-Pacific, the
Middle East, and the US. The company is headquartered in Pasay City,
Philippines.

2. Enumerate its processes, procedures, approach, systems, and other matters in


any aspect that is uniquely implemented or complied.
It is the largest low-cost airline in the Philippines.
It pioneered the “low fare, great value” strategy in the local aviation industry
by offering reliable scheduled air travel services to passengers willing to
forego the extras for fares.
Cebu Pacific’s vision is to be the most successful low-cost carrier in the world
with a commitment to excellence and innovation in everything they do.
