Introduction

1.1 . Purpose of this document:


This document is meant to delineate the features of the Financial Management System, so
as to serve as a guide to the developers on one1 hand and a software validation document for the
prospective client on the other.

1.2. Scope of this document:


● User authentication.
● Managing the finances of a single user, which would include the expenses and the
savings of the user.
● History of transactions.

1.3. Overview:
This Financial Management System is the software and processes used to manage
income, expenses, and savings of the user. In addition to supporting daily finance, the purpose of
a financial management system is to maximize profits and ensure long-term enterprise
sustainability.
