Sustainability Project Proposal Final Requirement
AUD 1208 AY 2021-2022 First Semester
Learning Outcomes:
1. Integrate all the topics discussed for the subject.
2. From the group’s brainstorming strategies, a group will come up with a fresh idea of
sustainability practice.
3. Prepare a formal paper as proposal for sustainability practice.
4. Prepare and present PPT slides in a corporate setting.
5. Appreciate the need of sustainability practice and reporting in the Philippine setting.
Criteria for judging of Paper and PPT:
50% - Integration of all the topics as guided by the format.
25% - Originality.
25% - Technical organization (including turn-it in rate of 30%)
Assumptions:
1. Philippine-setting.
2. Limited budget, P50 million.
3. SMART Goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-bound (and can be
evaluated).
Introduction (3 pages max) Provide a brief description of the company. Be sure to
note the boundaries of what you intend to cover in
your paper.
• Business Case Provide a brief outline of the business case for
sustainability for your company. What are the major
drivers for sustainability?
• Positive View Describe its positive view of a sustainable future.
What is its vision? Be sure to include 3-4 core
values. How could the vision or values be improved?

Background (3 pages max)
• Sustainability Describe the sustainability “footprint” of the
Footprint organization – its activities, products and services. A
table or chart may help to describe this.
• Corporate List and describe any existing corporate compliance
Regulatory documentation. How is the corporation currently
Compliance & addressing its three responsibilities? How can it be
Governance improved?

• Stakeholder Identify and describe the stakeholders (you can use a

Strategy what would you propose? If it already has a strategy, how
could it be improved?

Submission/Output:
1. Submit the paper (Word File) on or before November 20, 2021. This may be subject
to changes as needed.
2. Prepare a PPT as summary of the paper, maximum of 12 slides (including the cover
slides), as if you are presenting the file to the board of directors/top management.
3. Present the PPT during our last synchronous session November 24, 2021, whether
formal or informal. Those who will not be able join due to connectivity issues are
excused. Pre-recording is allowed. This is our final culminating activity.
Presentation during the class is not graded, only the PPT.
