KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CELIA E. LETERIO, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of No. 1289 Pablo Ocampo
Sr. corner Lemery Streets, Manila city, Metro Manila, have NAMED, CONSTITUTED and
APPOINTED, and by these presents do NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT SOLIVEN
CASTILLO AND ESCOBEDO LAW OFFICES and/or Atty. Alexis M. Escobedo with office
address at 404 Regalia Park Towers, 150 P. Tuazon Boulevard, Cubao, Quezon City, Metro
Manila to be my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact, in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent me in the Pre-Trial Conference in the case entitled “Celia


Leuterio vs. Danny Ver Dela Cuesta” docketed as Civil Case No. 178257
in Metropolitan Trial Court of Manila City, Branch 06; and

2. To enter into amicable settlement or to submit to alternative mode of


dispute resolution, to simplify the issues of the case, to amend the
pleadings when necessary or desirable, to enter in to stipulation of facts
and of documents and such other matters that may be taken up during the
said proceedings.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally
present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that the said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of these presents.
