physical and mechanical properties.

NBR-Nitrile Butadiene Rubber or nitrile
rubber (NBR) is a family of unsaturated
copolymers of butadiene (BD) and
acrylonitrile (ACN).NBR shows a high
gas impermeability and excellent
resistance to wear and abrasion. It can
be used at service temperatures up to
110 – 120°C and shows no crystallization
at low temperatures.

Anti-Foaming Agents accelerate the
deaeration of PVC plastisols, especially
in formulations for transparent top
coats. It is used especially in Transparent
as well as Filled or Pigmented PVC
Plastisol formulations.
▷ DISPERSING AGENT
Dispersing Agent is added to the liquid
components during the preparation of
the paste. The paste will then maintain
a reduced viscosity when the filler and
other solid ingredients are added. It leads
to a homogeneous dispersion of solids
in the paste, prevents the formation of
agglomerates and guarantees a free-
flowing paste in production. It is used
in filled PVC formulations especially
with high filler, Organic and Inorganic
Pigments especially for Carbon Black
and Azodicarbonamide.

as an antifogging agent and lubricant.
It is highly efficient and phenol-
free solution. Its benefits include
optimization for applications in plastic

final product. Has positive effects on
processing. Imparts low volatility and
high compatibility. Offers improved
rheological properties and optimized
machinery output. Provides improved
surface finish of final article. Suitable for
PVC-P extrusion and compatible with
PE. It has food contact approval, and is
perfectly suited for the food packaging
and toy industries.
▷ VISCOSITY REGULATOR
Acts as a viscosity regulator. Improves
the flow of PVC paste formulations by
efficiently reducing viscosity. Aids in
deaeration of the paste system and
exhibits low volatility. It is a fast fusing
co-plasticizer and gellingcatalyst for
flexible PVC. It is used in all kins of PVC
formulations.

additive used in HFFR cables

compounds with ATH&MDH. It is used in
Compound or Cables Extrusion directly
to imparts great Hydrophobicity and
reduced Water Absorption. It performs
