II. OBJECTIVES
 To deliver the State of Barangay Address
 To inform the constituents of the financial status, accomplishments, on-
going and planes program, Projects and activities of the barangay and the
SK.
 To render/present committee and report
 Discuss other matters

III. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ACTIVITY


A. Preliminaries:
 The activity commenced at 8:30 AM, started with a Prayer led by Rev. Greg
Mardo followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem Led by
Lian Bisquera thru an AVP
 The Master of Ceremony, Ruby H. Cillo & Jeronixon Bayangan
acknowledge the Local Officials present as listed below:
 Punong Barangay: Hon. Sherwin S. Dakiwas
 Sangguniang Barangay Members:
- Hon. Billyboy D. Trinidad
- Hon. Edison M. Pio
- Hon. Guidonan L. Paganao
- Hon. Jaymat T. Bisquera
- Hon. Sagmayao A. Lomioan
- Hon. Jaime C. Aglanang
- Hon. Nenita M. Haboy
 SK Officials: - (No one attended; they were at schools this time)
 Municipal Mayor: Hon. Gody H. Cardenas & Hon. SB Willy Bayongan
 The presence of other barangay officials and attendees were likewise
acknowledged.
B. Presentation of Accomplishments:
 The SOBA was rendered by PB Sherwin S. Dakiwas
 Hon Billyboy Trinidad Committee on finance & Appropriation reported
the Budget of Physical implemented projects.
 Report on the counterpart to education on was presented and discussed
by Kag. Jaymar Bisquera committee chair on Education
 Report on health Related Activities was presented and discussed by kag.
Guidonan Paganao committee chair on Health & Services
 Brgy. Treasurer Maryrose B. Apisso presented before the Barangay
assembly members the compliance of the barangays on BDFP where 9
documents out of 9 documents were posted in the BFDP Board.

IV. ISSUES, CONCERNS AND RESPONSE

Other Issues/Concerns Response


Re-organizing of the BDRRMC & Rescue Training is needed to address such calamities
team in times of Natural Calamities
