learn from their experiences and actions. It can be an encounter with a person (eg. patient, doctor, nurse, or family
member/caregiver) or reflection on a treatment technique/choice or something they experience in the clinic. There is no
right or wrong reflection but what matters to the student.

Describe briefly the experience:

-I had an internship at Preah Kosomak Hospital for, the last 5 days. I met patients who had stiffness
of lower and upper limbs caused by traffic accidents during slide down. It is a hard movement for
work in their action. They feel tight and stiff. So they are afraid of movement, and exercises.

What did you do? Why do you do it?


- Soft tissue technique (5-10minutes) - Reduce pain
- Gliding right elbow 60 movements in 3 sets. - Prevention of much pain
- Stretching Joint 1 to 3 minutes in - Applying what I learn
5-10 movements. - Explain the useful of Physiotherapy
- Passive Mobilization 30 movements 10 moments
Relax for 1 minute.
-Home exercise bending 30 moments 3set
What is the outcome? (Can be positive or negative)

-Patients have to come, ROM is improved and less pain


-The muscles feel the release
-They improve activities in daily living such as carrying things and easily in flexion and extension.
-About 85% of patients got better because they followed our exercises correctly.
-They try to do exercises program at home.
