Take the engine power from traveling system over to crane operation system.

2.2 PTO ON
1) Run the engine at idle.
2) Make sure that the control devices are in the
conditions as shown in the illustration
Parking brake switch: PARK
Control levers (L&R): N
Lever stands (L&R): for Crane
Swing brake switch: ON
Shift lever: N
PTO switch: OFF
PTO indicator: Not lit
3) Turn the PTO switch to ON.
The PTO indicator lights up.
The hydraulic pump is driven.
Power of the AML is turned on.
The Suspension Lock indicator lights up.

1) Run the engine at idle.
2) Turn the PTO switch to OFF.
The PTO indicator goes out.
The hydraulic pump stops.
Power of the AML is turned off.
The Suspension Lock indicator goes out.

2.5 Outrigger Extending
1. Choose a firm and level ground.
2. Switch to PTO position.
3. Pull out all four lock pins.
4. Set the selector to (SLIDER) & (EXT.).
5. Press button(s) for operation.
6. Insert all the four pins into pin‐holes.
Show the icon and alarm :
If no any outrigger operation
and any select switch is not
at “N” position more than 30
seconds.

7) Set Jack/Slide selector to JACK.
8) Press button(s) of 5 to extend jack cylinder(s)
9) Adjust all four jack cylinder carefully to set up
crane horizontally using the bubble level.
10) Check the status of crane
All the wheels be left up and never touch the
ground (A 5 cm gap at lease).
All the outrigger floats are firmly in contact with
the ground.
11) Press the retract switch and jack switch.
Cannot operate and alarm on,
If no any outrigger operation
and any select switch is not at
“N” position more than 30 sec.

2.6 Outrigger Stowing
1. Retract the boom fully and parking switch ON.
2. Safety check around the outriggers or under the machine.
3. Set selector to “JACK” and “RET.”.
4. Press the ALL button to retract all jacks fully.
5. Remove all lock pins.
6. Set selector to “SLIDER” and “RET.”.
7. Press the ALL button to retract all outrigger beams fully.
8. Insert all pins into pin‐holes.
9. Press the retract switch and beam switch.

Anti‐two‐block Device
This device prevents the hook block from colliding with the
boom, jib, or single top as a result of winch over‐winding.
Cancelling Anti‐two‐block Function
WARNING
Never operate the crane with the anti‐two‐block function
cancelled.

two‐block disable switch,

Note:
The anti‐two‐block function is cancelled while a jib
set status is registered on the AML.

Safety control for boom raising operation
Use this switch when the boom stops automatically.
While the “ON” side of the boom elevation stop release switch
is pressed, the boom can be raised.
Caution:
If the wire rope is not tight enough, it will make the operation
condition as right picture shown.

While operating the telescoping lever, pushing the 2nd
boom section emergency telescoping switch telescopes
the 2nd boom section regardless of the status of the
3rd to top boom sections.

While operating the telescoping lever, pushing the 3rd‐
to‐top boom sections emergency telescoping switch

3.4 Slewing Free/Lock Operation
NOTICE: Free
Do not operate the slewing free/lock selector
switch during the slewing operation. The
hydraulic parts of machine can be damaged. Lock
(1) Free: When a load is hoisted up, the superstructure
turns in the direction of the load and becomes
aligned with the load.
(2) Lock: When the control lever is returned to the
neutral position during the boom swing with a
load lifted, the boom continues slewing by the
inertia force.

4.1 Traveling On Work Site (No load)
Before traveling in a work site, check that the
machine is in the following status.
• PTO switch: "ON" 12.8 m
• AML OR setting: On‐rubber (creep)
• AML boom setting: Boom/single‐top/jib 3.5°
0° to 40°
• Slewing brake: "ON"
• Drive mode: 4WD low speed traveling 10.1m or 17.7m
• Gearshift switch: "1"
• Slewing angle: Front (the front symbol)

Now, the machine is ready for operation.
Observe the following in order to prevent the machine from overturning or being damaged.
• Check that air pressure in the tires is at the specified value. If the air pressure in the tires is not within the specified
level, the tires can burst.
• Winch high‐speed hoist up/down operations are prohibited.
• Never operate the crane while the slewing free function is enabled. Turn the slewing free switch to "OFF".
• The slewing automatic stop function does not work. If an overload occurs during slewing, the machine can overturn.
Check and follow the load chart of the on‐rubber condition.
