SK ANNUAL BUDGET RESOLUTION NO. 01

“AN RESULTION APPROPRIATING THE 10% SK SHARE FROM BARANGAY


GENERAL FUND FOR THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY STA.
CRUZ, CARMEN, SURIGAO DEL SUR FOR CY 2023”

Presented for consideration in the Annual Budget of the Sangguniang Kabataan for Calendar
2023 in the amount of TWO HUNDRED NINETY ONE THOUSAND SEVENTY FIVE
AND 40/100 PESOS ONLY (P 291,075.40)

WHEREAS; pursuant to general guidelines on the Barangay Budgeting that ten percent
(10%) of the total General Fund of the Barangay shall be appropriate and administrative by
the Sangguniang Kabataan. The amount shall be spent for the purposes provided under
Section 1, Article XI of the 2020 SK Constitution and By-Laws;

NOW THEREFORE; on motion of the SK Kagawad Daniel Y. Pimentel and unanimously


seconded by the body, be it RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to approve this resolution,
to wit;

Section 1. The Annual SK Budget of Barangay Sta. Cruz, Carmen, Surigao del Sur for the
period January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 in the amount of TWO HUNDRED NINETY
ONE THOUSAND SEVENTY FIVE AND 40/100 PESOS ONLY (P 291,075.40)
covering the various expenditures for the operation of the Barangay for the year 2023 is
hereby approved;

Section 2. Source of Funds. The following income as indicated hereof are hereby declared as
available resources for appropriation particularly the ten percent (10%) SK Fund of the
General Fund of the barangay pursuant to Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) No. 1 s. 2019
dated January 23, 2019 which are realistic and probable to be collected and necessary to
finance the delivery of basic services and implementation of priority development projects of
Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sta Cruz, from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023;

Section 3. Appropriation of Funds. The following sums or so much thereof as maybe


necessary are hereby appropriated out of 10% SK Funds and Operation and Miscellaneous
Income and any unexpected balances thereof in the Local Treasury of the Barangay not
otherwise appropriated for basic services, delivery and implementation of youth development
and empowerment program.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Sangguniang Barangay,


Sangguniang Panlungsod Municipal Budget Office and Municipal Accountant’s Office.

Effectively: this resolution approving the SK Annual Budget of Barangay Sta. Cruz, Carmen,
Surigao del Sur shall take effect on January 1, 2023.
