Scope
This CRM should be able to shared with other companies by simply giving them a
license. Each company will be able to have a certain amount of users (reps) based on
which license they have. User tiers can be upgraded. Tiers will be 1-15 reps, 15-50
reps, 50-100 reps, 100-200 reps, and enterprise. I will need super admin access so that
I can manage all of the other licenses to the companies that will be using my CRM. All
companies using the CRM should have their own private cloud, so that no information is
shared or accessible between different companies.
Timeline
This project should be finished by April 1, 2023.
Budget
My budget for this full project is no more than $4,000
Dashboard
The dashboard should show an overview of how the company is performing. There
should be stats that encourage competition between all reps. This is for solar sales
companies. The stats should include parameters like appointments set, consultations
ran, deals closed, and total KW sold. There should be different date filters as well to
specify. There should also be a personal dashboard so that the logged in rep could view
their personal stats. All reps will be separated into 2 categories (ambassadors, closers)
but can also each have their own title underneath their name (consultant, mentor,
manager).
Competition

Admins should have the ability to create competitions and incentives for reps. The
milestones should be shown on the dashboard. Example: 1st appointment set today
earns (prize). Each Rep’s profile should have a section that shows all of the
competition milestones they have hit.
Recruiting
There should be a page for recruiting on the CRM. This page will have a new recruits
tab and a reps tab. It will house everything that has to do with newly recruited reps, and
current reps in the company. There should be a way to track a recruit all the way up until
they are at the hired stage. Which would add them to the rep tab.
Leads
The leads page should be filterable (your leads, all leads). Leads should have multiple
parameters that can be filled out, most importantly (ambassador, closer). The leads
page should show each stage of a pipeline. There will be 2 pipelines ( Frontend,
Backend). Fontend pipeline should have stages that include (appt set, appt cancelled,
consultation done, docs signed). Backend should include (deal approved, site survey
done, permit approved, installed, inspection passed). Leads should be able to be
reassigned to different reps.
Calendar
Calendar page should look a lot like Acuity Admin. There should be a color assigned to
each appointment showing on the calendar based on which appointment type was
chosen on the booking form (in home, virtual). There should be a little colored box
showing what label is on the appointment based on the outcome of that appointment
which relates to the lead stage. Should be able to click right into the lead from the
calendar. There should be a way to filter which rep’s calendar you want to see. There
should also be a way to block off times on your own calendar such as vacation time etc.
Automations
All consultants should be able to create their own email campaigns for each stage that a
lead and a project goes through. Admins should have the ability to create a global, but
editable email campaign for these stages. The automations page should show existing
campaigns and provide a way to create new campaigns. There should also be sms

functionality. leads should get texted automatically when appointments are booked, sent
a 24hr and a 1hr reminder. These reminders should be editable and so should the
trigger times. Texting and calling should be an optional function on the CRM.
Training
The training page should have the ability for admins to upload training videos on how to
use the software.
Integrations
The CRM should work well with other applications. Integrations that should be included
are Zoom, and Google Calendar.
