Sub: Engaging Teachers on Contract Basis, in AEC School Kudankulam for the Academic year2023-24
It is proposed to conduct walk-in written test and skill test for engaging teachers on contract basis against
the leave / regular vacancies that may arise during the year 2023-24 in the following posts.

10 Preparatory Teacher i) Pass in Senior Secondary/higher Secondary School Certificate Examination or
Intermediate or its equivalent with 50% in aggregate
ii) Diploma in Nursery Teachers Education/Pre-School Education/Early
Childhood Education Programme (D.E.C.Ed) or their equivalent. Duration of all
the above courses shall not be less than two years
OR
B.Ed (Nursery) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized
institution
iii) English as a subject at +2 level
iv) Proficiency in teaching in English medium is essential

MODE OF SELECTION
I) Written test - The screening test will have 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCAs) for 50 marks in the concerned
subject. The duration of the test is one hour. Candidates who are qualified in the written test will be called for
skills test(interview) on the basis of order in merit list.

II) Skill test – For the candidates short-listed on the basis of written test.

III The selected candidates will be empanelled and the panel will be operated as and when vacancies arise in AEC
School Kudankulam for the year 2023-24

• Results of the written test will be declared on 09/03/2023 at 4:00 pm. by AECS Kudankulam and will be
displayed on AECS Notice Board and in the website : www.aecskudankulam.ac.in
• Detailed schedule of skill test will be displayed in school notice board and website:
www.aecskudankulam.ac.in later.

General Instructions

1. Candidates must submit application form along with photocopies of required documents and a recent passport
size photograph at the time of registration. Original documents should be produced for verification at the time of
registration also. For PGT/TGT/PRT/Prep Teacher posts, copies of mark sheets of all the years of
graduation/diploma are to be submitted invariably. If the grade is mentioned in their degree or the subject code
is mentioned in the mark sheet, then photocopy of grade conversion and subject details are to be provided.
2. Candidates not submitting Photo copies of testimonials will not be considered for further process of
selection.
3. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the written test and skill test for the candidates.
4. Candidates will be disqualified if any form of canvassing for getting post on contract basis.
