• Cavity with rounded corners, in AISI 304 polished finish
• Insulation in high density polyurethane foam (approx.
42 kg / m3) 60mm thick (50mm mod 3 trays), HCFC free
• 30 mm reinforced top, standard on modd 5 10 and 15
trays
• Shaped internal bottom for containment, with central
drain for washing water
• Reversible door with special kit (except 3 trays)
• Evaporator with anticorrosive treatment in cataphoresis
• High thermal output condenser
• Ergonomic handle and magnetic gaskets on the 4 sides
of the door
• Heating element to keep the door gasket soft
• Door lock at 110 ° for inserting trays

INTERNAL SETUP:

• Tray holder structure in AISI304 ionox steel, in wire,

easily removable for easy cleaning
• Possibility to insert 10 GN1/1-EN1 trays with 67 mm
pitch
• Microswitch that blocks the ventilation when the door is
opened
