Bliss is a great example of storytelling taken to the next level. The use of in-medias-res
elements nailed the storyline of this film. In the form of warped flashbacks and interviews,
its disturbing theme was neatly visualized.

This film will dare to challenge your own perspective of reality. For this is classified as R-18
without cuts, make sure that you’re open minded and eyes oriented. Bliss is a watch on your own
risk film yet cinematically new and different.

BREATHTAKING SCENES
Cinematographers of this film has their talent widely out of the box. The scenes were
beautifully shot, almost dizzying and hypnotic- allowing its audience to have an almost two-hour
delight in the eyes.

ORIGINAL COMPOSITIONS
Jerrold Tarrog’s original compositions gives Bliss an exceptional music scoring. Aside from
the good soundtrack that it executes, the uniqueness of Tarrog’s music will guide your ears
to different perceptions of the film.

THE CAST
The way Iza Calzado plays her difficult role is sublime. TJ Trinidad as her uncaring husband
and Shamaine Buencamino as her ambitious mother, performs all worth noting. They really
prove that their all gainful of the film awards!
