Conditions of Carriage
(1) Allterms and conditions, iberties and exceptions of the Charter Party, dated as overleaf, including the Law and Arbitration Clause, are
herewith incorporated.
(2) General Paramount Clause.
(@) The Hague Rules contained in the inlernational Convention for the Unification of certain rules relating to Bils of Lacing, dates
Brussels the 26th August 1924 as enacted in the county of shipment, shall apply to ths Bill f Lading. When no such enacimnent
in foree in the country of shipment, the corresponding legislation of the country ef destination shall apply, but in respect of shipments
towhich no such enactments are compulsorly applicable, the tems ofthe said Convention shall apply.

General Average shall be adjusted, stated and sattled according to York-Antwerp Rules 1894, or any subsequent modification thereof, in
London unless another place is agreed in the Charter Party

Master, Pilot ot Crew, The Charterer, Shippers and Consignees expressly renounce the Belgian Commercial Code, Part 11, At. 148,
(4) Now Jason Clause.
In the event of accident, danger, damage of disaster beloce or after the commencement of the voyage, resulting from any cause
whatsoever, whether dv to negligence oF not, forwhich, or forthe consequence of which, the Carle is not responsible, by statute, contract
for otherwise, the cargo, shippers. consignees or the owners of the cargo shall contrbute witn the Carrier in General Average to the
payment of any saerfeas, losses or expenses of a General Average nature that may be made or incurred and shall pay salvage and
Special enarpes incured in respect ofthe eargo, Ia salving vessel is owned or operated by the Cartier, salvage shall be paid fora fully 23
ifthe said salving vessel or vessels belonged fo strangers. Such deposit as the Carrier, or his agents, may deem sufficient to cover the
festimated controution of the goods and any salvage and special charges thereon shall, # required, be made by the cargo, shippers,
‘consignees or owners of tne goods tothe Carrer before delivery.
(5) Both-to-Blame Collision Clause.
Ifthe Vessel comes inte colision wth another vessel as @ result ofthe negligence ofthe other vessel and any ac, neglect or default ofthe
Master, Mariner, Plt of the servants ofthe Carrier in the navigation or in the management of the Vessel, the owners of the cargo caried
hereunder wil indemnify the Carrier against all loss or lablly tothe other oF non-carrying vessel o° her owners in so far as such loss or
ability represents loss of, oF damage 1, oF any clam whatsoever ofthe owners of said cargo, paid or payable by the other or non-carrying
