2. Notarized Photocopy of passport & Original (all 36 pages)
3. Notarized Photocopy of academic documents of applicant and originals
4. Notarized Photocopy of IELTS score sheet of applicant and originals
5. Notarized Photocopy of academic documents of spouse
6. Notarized Photocopy of Marriage certificate & Original (if applicable)
7. Notarized Photocopy of Birth certificates of Kids & Original (if applicable)
8. Notarized Photocopy of experience documents and Original (if applicable)
9. Statement of Purpose: from the applicant explaining about self, education, experience, why
Australia, why this particular university, why this course and regarding sponsors, future
prospects in terms of companies/pay packages etc.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM SPONSORS
1. Notarized - Proof of applicant’s relation with sponsors required.
2. Notarized - Sponsorship affidavit is required from each sponsor. (See formats)
3. Notarized - PAN card of all sponsors (ID proof of all sponsors)
INCOME DOCUMENTS
1. Salary Income: Notarized 3 Years. ITRs + & 3Years Form 16 + Salary slip (last 3 months)
certified by department or salary account statement stamped by bank + salary certificate
with phone no. and address of the office
2. Agriculture income: Original Tehsildar certificate with phone no. and name + Notarized
English translation along with Punjabi/Hindi of Jamabandi or Fard. (If on lease or given
land on lease then, lease agreement must be attached. Please discuss once with
counselor)
3. Rental income: 3 yrs. ITRs & ownership document & rent deed & statement wherein rent
is credited.
4. Business income: 3 yrs. ITRs & 3 yrs. balance sheets or computations (All Notary) & 6
months old bank current a/c statement stamped by bank & notarized business proof &
notarized partnership deed or prop. proof/ MOU / PAN card of business
5. Pension income: notarized 3 yrs. of ITRs (if filed) / pension account statement for the last
one year stamped by bank / notarized Pension payment orders (PPO) OR whatever
documents are related to the retirement and retirement benefit, the person have received
FUNDS or FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS
1. Saving A/c statement (Acceptable Banks only): 3 months old statement stamped by bank.
if any heavy / big transaction, proof is required.

2. Fixed Deposit Receipt: FDRs acceptable. Along with notarized copy of FDR copy & FDR
certificate stamped by bank ask for format (Source required)

3. General Provident Fund/ Employee Provident Fund/ Contributory Provident Fund:
Amount to be disbursed in the acceptable banks (Only parents can sponsor) (Documentary
proof of provident fund is required)
4. Public Provident Funds: withdrawal % amount is acceptable. Letter from Bank ONLY (Post
Office not acceptable) and statement required. (ask for format)

5. Education Loan/Personal Loan/Over Draft Limit/ Loan Against Property: Sanction letter
stamped by bank +documents of collateral security are to be attached with the loan
letters – guarantors can only be any one of the sponsors. (See format)
If OD against FDR, copy of FDR and source required. (Please discuss with counselor)
