ACTIVITY DESIGN
I. Title of Activity: Conduct of the Year-End School Completion and Graduation Rites
2022
II. Rationale
In the recent released of the Department of Education, DepEd Memorandum No.
43, series 2022 which is he conduct of the K o 12 Basic Education Program End-of-
School Year Rites for School Year 2021-2022 in the light of the Covid-19 Public Health
Emergency that paved way in the conduct of the limited face-to-face graduation in
Paragraph 6 that states that “Schools and Community Learning Centers in Alert Level 1
& 2 and in consultation with the Local Government Units as well as parents and
guardians may opt to hold a limited face to face to face or hybrid ceremony with strict
compliance to the IATF protocols to give learners a sense of normalcy without risking
their health and safety”. With this, the Prosperidad National High School planned to
conduct a face-to-face graduation for the learners for Batch 2022.
The entire Prosperidad NHS Community will ensure that all of the guidelines
stated in the memorandum stated above will be adhered and followed through.

III. Objectives: The objectives of this activity are the following:
1. let the teachers and learners as well as parents experienced the normalcy of
having a limited face-to-face graduation rites;
2. to recognize the academic awardees and graduates for the S.Y. 20210-2022; and
3. to be able to let the students feel the sense of fulfillment in accomplishing and
finishing the Senior High School Program.
