The Cadents cheezy bog was established at Palanas, Paracale, Camarines Norte where
food is good to taste and   also to the health of the customer and the management of this business
provided a good quality of products and services to the customer.

A. Present Situation

The business name of The Cadents Cheezy Bog and Cheezy Bog means cheese and
tabog-tabog are both nutritious foods that we eat as snacks in the afternoon. The Advocates
promote an innovative product that will be desired by the customers' food snack and also the
Paracaleneos. They will be impressed by the new product that is made of one of the innovative
products, the Cadents Cheezy Bog, which has a cheesy and delicious tabog–tabog. Cheezy Bog
roll in a milk powder is a new innovative of tabog–tabog will especially food ingredients of
cassava.

Presas and Andrew Panotes a student of Grade 12 senior high school at the general academic
strand and management in Paracale National High School Senior High Department. To establish
the business requires skills and knowledge regarding managing a business and financial reports.

The Proponent Organizational Structure will illustrate the relationship from the general
managers and follow the other managers. It shows a connection from the top level of
management to the lower level of management will be a part of the process in a business. Each
manager will be assigned according to their personnel position from the top level of management
which is General manager. As a leader of the business, it will be followed by the finance
manager who will manage for the find of the business, operation manager business and lastly the
production manager who will monitor the process of the business. This personnel position is
accurate to the skilled and knowledgeable person who wears together as to build a whole of a

         The Cadents Cheezy Bog is the manufacture of [8] people who will enjoy working together
by their own skills and knowledge that are assigned in their personnel position by General
Manager, Finance Manager, Operation Manager and Production Manager. Each manager will be
able to work based on their responsibilities to produce a profitable business.

   
   General Manager
 She will appropriate the design and also the idea of the business. She will conclude the
decision of the business in terms of the product structure, labeling, design and purchasing
the materials and the whole operation of business to fabricate a good processing of
product.
 She will manage the whole business by concluding the concept of their business in their
product, pricing and the operational activities of a business.
 She will also be responsible for monitoring sales.
 Responsible for acting as a leader to the following managers of the business.
 Responsible for the policy of the following managers.
 Responsible for evaluating the report of another manager.
 Responsible for taking risks is an opportunity for the business.
 Responsible for maintaining the profession by attending orientation and all transactions.

every month. On table 1 the proponents used 21 days per month as the major present days within
the operation of the business within a year annually, the allowance of the managers it’s
determined by multiplying 288 days as the total number of working days as shown in the table.

V. PRODUCT STRATEGY

Product Description
The Cadents Cheezy Bog will provide a good quality with the most popular ingredients
cassava and cheese. This product is a cheezy bog.

The product is an important manner to help the economy of the known prosine. The new
innovative products will attract the customers with their curiosity in the taste. Products are good
and offer friendly health benefits to customers. The company will conduct research in the
development and sustainable product innovation.

It is a combination of cassava and cheese, margarine, food color, cooking oil, salt,
condensada, milk powder, and also sugar. This will assure the customers that they will be able to
afford the product. To maintain the crispy and good taste of the product it will be fried again
before giving it the customers.
The new and improvement of tabog–tabog that was the combination of cheese and
cassava that is make a nicely taste of especial tabog–tabog.

Cassava is the basis of a multitude of products, including food, flour, animal feed,
alcohol, starters for seeing paper and textiles sweetness, prepared foods and biodegradable
products. The products are derived from a number of forms of cassava, ranging from starch. The
degree of processing and the technical requirements tend to increase from the fresh from the
modified starch form. All of the products represent a potential market.

School and also the Barangay where the store was located, even the pupils of Paracaleñoes.

The specification customers are the students who are enrolled in the Paracale National
High School, the junior and senior high Department of the paracale. The total number of enrolled
in addition, where the store is located.

C. COMPETITION
The Cadents Cheezy Bog is a unique business in Paracale, Camarines Norte. However,
there’s some other business that establish which also like with the product of us. Hence, there’s a
need to propose a different product from other businesses and in that the proponent offers a
unique flavor of a new product that is mostly different from other businesses.

The vendors outside of the school that sell the scime brand of tabog–tabog that is popular
with students and pupils are the direct competitors of the proposed business. Due to their
prolonged saler history, these merdants are well known in the market.

company business’s lifeblood. The business may contribute to economics through supply and
demand, which will contribute to some of the business growth. The volume of items that people

balls, siomai and also tabog–tabog, even other street foods. Because of this, the Cadents was
created by the proponents of this study for they believed what informing a new innovate and
unique product to the market can also attract more customers like other popular market.

is the best approach to grow your company by coming up with fresh ideas and figuring out which

proponents, and difficulties in assisting the customers are some of the risks that the proposed
business may run into. These are many companies that sell the same product as the one they are

them to establish close bonds with their clients. The Fishana Store will use their sales method to
market the product in order to make the business successful.

The customers receive the sale of the new product directly in this approach. To verify the
products' freshness, the proponent suggested that the new item be verified first. Through this
factic, the company will be able to build enduring bonds of client loyalty, trust, and authenticity.

DISCOUNT
The proponents will offer discounts to repeat customers and customers who purchase a
greater volume of goods. 

B. DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL
The product distribution will depend on whether the consumer wants to re-cook the
CHEEZY BOG. However, the advocates sell the goods directly to customers. The business’s
goal is to create a system for distributing goods to customers that is both effective and efficient.
As a result, the business will project a positive image.

and advertise their new product internationally. The proponent will acquire the identical

The proponent will create a website for their new product. Additionally, advertise their
merchandise by publishing their logo and the information about their new company.

By promoting their product on social media, the business will use this technique to
become well known among other businesses. By establishing the brand name and outline the
company’s content in terms of the packaging and labeling of its products, word of mouth may
also assist businesses in promoting their brands directly to customers.

VIII. PRODUCTION PLAN


    
A. PRODUCTION PROCESS
Planning the production process is where the production plan will begin. The proponents
will begin to gather information that will aid in the lunch of the  firm while  repairing the
production process. Additionally, the preparation of all raw materials, tools and utensils required 
for production. Additionally, the supporters will first make sure that all of the materials required
for production are clean, safe, accurate, and in good working order. The source from which types
company will obtain and various types of cassava in order to make a cadents cheezy–bog is one
of the crucial raw materials that the company will offer. The importance of various cheeses is
also required to complete the cheezy–bog dish.

THE CADENTS CHEESY–BOG 


The process of cheezy–bog first scraping the cassava and then preparing  the necessary
ingredients,  which include margarine, sugar, a little salt,  and food color. Place the  cheese in the
center of the cassava after it has been prepared, and then roll it into a circle. Prepared  the
ingredients for cooking, waited for the oil to boil, and fried the product. When it was golden
brown, placed it on the stove and placed it on tissue to dissolve the oil. After that, roll the
