* From 1st January 2020, Sulphur Regulations implemented by the IMO (International Maritime Organization)
requires that all ships reduce their Sulphur emissions to 0,5% in all of the world's sea.
* Also in accordance with IMO and individual government of each country's regulation, it is compulsory for
all ships to use low sulfur bunker (0.1%) in the areas and ports stated below.
When a vessel passing or berthing in the areas and/or ports, ECA consumption and bunker price will be
automatically applied in Netpas Distance and Estimator.

 1. ECA : regulated by IMO 2020


 2. Local ECA : regulated by each country
 3. For Reference Only : China Territorial Waters (SOx <0.5%)

These areas and ports are regulated as ECA by IMO.
All vessels should use low sulfur bunker in these areas and ports.

Romania(RO), Slovakia(SK), Slovenia(SI), Spain(ES), Sweden(SE), United Kingdom(GB)
b) Iceland: All Ports
c) Norway: All Ports

d) Turkey: All Ports

e) China: Some Inland Ports


Inland control areas
f) Korea (effective from September 1, 2020)
Inchon, Inchon new port, Yonghung, Dangjin, Pyeongtaek, Yosu, Kwangyang, Yulchon, Samil, Hadong,
Busan, Busan new port, Gadukdo, Ulsan, Ulsan new port, Onsan, Mipo
