I am wholeheartedly willing to take ownership of property at Phase ______ Lot # _____ on
Behalf of the resigning member___________________________________.

I am aware of the duties and responsibilities, and obligations of a member of the


Golden Homeowners Association, Inc. including, but not limited to attending monthly meeting
assembly and activities called in for the association, as stipulated on the Association’s By Laws.
I have read and understood them and therefore, will agree to them.

I was educated on the lot monthly amortizations which costs Php 700.00 and will merit a
10% interest rate as penalty, should I fail to pay it on or before the due date which is every 7’th
of every month.

It was also discussed to me the registration fee, annual and monthly dues that I am
obliged with, the moment I become a member of the association. And that because I am taking
full ownership, it is now my responsibility to settle any monetary payables with the declining
party and the officers present starting from the day the declining member has started his/her
payments, including, but not limited to, all the fees and all the dues, since day one.
