valuable insights for various digital and social marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Met’s third-party developer Adage to effectively communicate site bug fixes, general code
updates, and new site functionality, resulting in an improved and seamless online experience for visitors.

• Coordinated with teachers and staff at 23 partnering schools for BxO’s Opera-in-the-Schools program to arrange
opera talks, after-school programs, and school fieldtrips to dedicated children’s shows.
• Developed relationships with the Bronx’s business and community leaders, leading to the partnering of one
elementary school and one senior center during my time with BxO.
• Managed scheduling, staff, and curriculum for BxO’s Community and Senior Center partners where we sponsored
chorus, and art classes.
• Wrote monthly company newsletters using Mailchimp with detailed information of all upcoming performances,
outreach programs, and fundraising initiatives.

• Directly supervised 20+ people by calling entrances of singers and chorus members, ensuring a punctual flow to
all rehearsals and performances.
