Northern Samar Medical Society Gala

The Northern Samar Medical Society held their honoring and Christmas party. The event included an invocation, singing of the national anthem and medical association hymn, opening remarks by the society president, inspirational messages, and a dinner. Certificates of recognition were awarded to outstanding medical professionals. The proceeds from a community dance and raffle drawing went to an adopted community center. Games were also part of the festivities.

OPENING REMARKS To welcome all of you for tonight’s glitz and
glam, we have the president of the Northern
Samar Medical Society, DR. ROLANDO P.
ROMANCE JR
AVP “OUR DEAD ARE NEVER DEAD TO US, UNTIL
WE HAVE FORGOTTEN THEM.”

Here is a tribute to the brave comrades in the


medical field who have already passed on
because of COVID. Let’s all take a moment and
remember them.

AVP COVID 19 is still as much a reality today as it


was two years ago. BUT in the history of
human survival, we have come a long way.
BUT tonight won’t be complete without
looking back to how you have soldiered on
despite the worst just lurking in the shadows.
Let’s all watch this.
